What this website stores

The product shortlist and inquiries you choose to save are stored in your browser’s local storage. An inquiry may contain your name, business email, phone, company, business type, product requirement, volume, destination, target date and notes.

Where information goes

The local inquiry form does not send the entered information to Northern Star Global, email services, a CRM or another external destination. It does not trigger a staff notification. Saving an inquiry confirms browser-local storage only.

The hosting service necessarily handles ordinary page requests and technical access. This local-data notice does not describe or replace the hosting service’s own account, access or technical logging practices.

Advisory requests and calendar preferences

Consultation and project-proposal requests are also stored only in this browser. They may include your selected session, preferred date and time, time zone, name, work email, organization, project location, service of interest, project stage and overview. The calendar displays preferences for review; no live availability is connected. No request is sent, appointment reserved, calendar invitation created or payment collected.

You can download or delete these records under Saved advisory requests. The same device access and retention considerations apply as for product inquiries.

Your choices

• Download a text copy of an inquiry from My saved inquiries.
• Delete individual saved inquiries using their Delete controls.
• Remove shortlisted products from the catalogue or the inquiry list.
• Clear website data in your browser to erase this site’s local records.

Local records remain until you delete them, clear browser data or the browser removes stored data. They do not automatically sync between devices. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view them.

Information to leave out

Please do not include payment card details, bank account information, passwords, sensitive identity documents or confidential personal information in an inquiry.

Tracking and marketing

This implementation includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, marketing opt-ins or external font requests. Saving an inquiry does not subscribe you to updates.

Changes to the inquiry service

If external inquiry delivery or other data processing is introduced, the privacy notice, consent flow, retention policy and operational ownership will need to reflect that implementation and be reviewed before launch.
